Cancellation Policy
- Written advise of cancellation or rebooking must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit. “Deposit amount” is fifty percent of total package price.
- If cancellation or rebooking is done within 3-14 days to arrival date, a cancellation charge of 20% of ‘deposit amount’ will be charged. Bank charges will be shouldered by guest.
- If cancellation or rebooking is done only three days in advance, you shall be charged fifty percent (50%) of total “deposit amount”.
- Refund is made to you by bank deposit no later than 30 days from the time of cancellation.
- Exceptions for cancellations may be considered due to extreme weather conditions. In which case, the full deposit may be rebooked.
